What actually happens on the call?
A 30-minute phone or video call: you describe the product and target market, we walk through MOQ, pricing structure, packaging options, sampling and the production timeline, then send a written summary by email. There is no obligation to place an order.
Which time zone are the slots in?
All slots are shown in China time (UTC+8), because our sales and factory teams are based in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Tell us your own time zone in the notes and we will confirm a slot that works on both sides — we take calls with US, EU, Middle East and Australian buyers every week.
Who will be on the call?
A senior export and account manager leads the call, joined by an R&D formulator for formulation questions and a QC lead for certification, testing or cleanroom questions. Video is optional.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not strictly — but the call is more useful if you can tell us the product category, target market, approximate first order volume and any certifications your market requires (FDA, CPNP, TGA, ASEAN and so on).
Can I get a live factory or lab tour instead?
Yes. We can run a live video walkthrough of the production workshop, microbiology and formulation labs, and the filling lines, so you can audit conditions before placing an order. Mention it in the notes when you book.
