Both clips above are our own product films for the hydrogel sun-protection mask, shot for our product listings. Below: more real footage from the Zhongshan floor where facial masks, eye masks, serums and foot masks are made for brands in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Plan Your OrderThe gel format is a manufacturing decision with a visible effect — this is what it means on your customers' skin.
1 · 1 · Goes on cool
The sheet is a hydrogel matrix rather than a non-woven fabric, so it holds water and actives and feels cool the moment it touches the skin — the moment after-sun care is usually wanted.
2 · 2 · Stays put outdoors
A gel sheet clings to the face instead of dripping, which is why this format travels to the beach rather than staying in the bathroom.
3 · 3 · The UV claim is formulated, then tested
Whether the formula carries a UV filter, and which SPF or UVA-PF it reaches, is a formulation decision — we develop it to your target market and the finished formula is confirmed by third-party testing. No value is published before that test.

It is a sheet mask built on a hydrogel matrix instead of non-woven fabric — the sheet holds water and actives and stays cool on the skin. Brands position this format for beach, poolside and after-sport skin care because it goes on cold and does not drip while the wearer is moving.
No value is published before it is tested. A UV claim is a formulation decision: tell us your target market and the SPF or UVA-PF you need, our R&D develops the formula, and the value is confirmed on the finished formula by third-party testing. In the US, sunscreens are regulated as OTC drug products, so the claim route depends on your market — we develop to the market you are selling in.
Private label runs start at 500 units per SKU, standard orders at 1,000 units, and custom formula development at 3,000+ units per SKU. Published sheet-mask pricing runs $0.08–$0.35 per piece depending on material; the price of your gel mask follows gel weight, formula and packaging, so we quote from your brief.
Samples are typically ready in 3–7 working days. After confirmation, a full order ships in approx. 20 days: label printing 15–20 days, color bag printing 15–20 days, and color box printing 7–10 days.
