What factors affect the final price?+
Formula complexity (active ingredients, concentrations), packaging type and customization level, order quantity, labeling requirements, and destination country all influence the final unit price. Request a quote for a detailed breakdown.
Are there any hidden costs?+
No. Our quotes are all-inclusive: raw materials, production, QC testing, packaging, labeling, and documentation (MSDS, CPSR, CPNP, FDA registration). Shipping is quoted separately based on destination and volume.
Can I start with a small order and scale up?+
Yes. Many clients start with 500–1,000 units for market testing, then scale to 5,000–50,000 units as demand grows. We offer tiered pricing — larger orders receive better unit economics.
Do you offer sample production before bulk order?+
Yes. Branded samples are delivered within 5–7 business days. Sample cost is minimal and fully refunded on your first bulk order.
What is the payment terms structure?+
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. T/T (wire transfer) is preferred. L/C accepted for larger orders. We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance.
How does shipping work?+
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FOB Zhongshan/Shenzhen), air freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Sea freight takes 15–30 days, air 5–10 days, express 3–7 days. We handle all customs documentation.
