Terms of Service
Last updated: May 13, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of skincraftlab.com (the "Site"), operated by Zhongshan Kailei Personal Care Supplies Co., Ltd., trading as CALLA Skincare ("CALLA"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern Site use only. Manufacturing engagements, OEM/ODM agreements, sample programs, and purchase orders are governed by separate written contracts signed between CALLA and your company.
2. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for business-to-business use by brand owners, distributors, and procurement professionals over the age of 18. We do not sell directly to consumers through the Site.
You confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of any company you represent when submitting inquiries.
3. Content on the Site
Product descriptions, certifications, lead times, MOQs, and indicative pricing displayed on the Site are reference information. Final commercial terms are confirmed in written quotations issued by our sales team for your specific project.
We attempt to keep all information accurate but make no warranty that descriptions, specifications, or availability are error-free or current at all times.
Blog articles, trend reports, and ingredient pages are educational content based on publicly available research and our manufacturing experience. They are not regulatory, medical, or investment advice.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, code, photography, product names, articles, and the CALLA name and logo, is owned by CALLA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You may share Site URLs and quote brief excerpts for internal evaluation and journalistic purposes with attribution. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, train AI models on, or republish the Site in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
When you submit text, images, or product briefs to us through forms or email, you confirm you have the right to share that material and you grant CALLA a limited licence to use it for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
5. Inquiries, quotations, and samples
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding offer or contract. A binding manufacturing engagement begins only when both parties sign a written quotation, purchase order, or master supply agreement.
Sample charges, sample lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs) are confirmed in writing per project. Indicative figures on the Site may vary based on formulation complexity, packaging selection, and market regulatory requirements.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information through Site forms; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site systems, databases, or API endpoints; (c) use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or replicate Site content at scale; (d) interfere with the Site or any other user’s use of it; (e) use the Site or any content from it to develop a competing manufacturer directory or comparison product.
7. AI chat assistant
The AI assistant on the Site is provided as a convenience to help you locate product information and submit inquiries. Its responses are generated by a third-party large language model and may contain errors. Do not rely on AI responses as the final source of regulatory, formulation, or pricing information — always confirm with our sales team in writing.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party platforms (notably our Alibaba storefront) for product browsing and purchasing. CALLA is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites you reach via those links.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CALLA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, with respect to Site content and availability.
This disclaimer applies to the Site only — quality warranties for products we manufacture are set out in the specific supply agreement covering that order.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALLA, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to the Site that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the People’s Court of Zhongshan, Guangdong Province.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws apply in addition to the above to the extent they grant you greater protection.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 14 days. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
