What can a buyer verify about this factory before placing an order?
Factory capability at Skincraftlab is verifiable rather than claimed. Manufacturing runs in a 3,886 m² GMPC cleanroom in Nanlang, Zhongshan, Guangdong, on 8 in-house production lines covering hydrogel casting, liquid filling, sealing and patch assembly — nothing is subcontracted, which is why bulk production runs approximately 20 days after confirmation. Environmental monitoring in the D-class workshop measured 126,079 particles per m³, which is 3.6% of the 3,520,000 limit for that grade. Manufacturing is certified to ISO 22716:2007 (CN19/31476) and US FDA CFSAN Cosmetic GMP (CN19/31477), both issued by SGS and valid to 2028-09-03 (SGS, 2025), alongside NMPA production licence 粤妆20160335 and FDA facility registration FEI 3015316073. In practice, buyers verify these by requesting the certificate PDFs and the batch documentation for a recent run.

How can we verify the factory before placing an order?▾
Four ways, none of which rely on our word: check the certificate numbers on our certifications page against the issuing bodies (SGS CN19/31476 and CN19/31477), read the amfori BSCI audit (Monitoring ID 25-0314051-1), verify our FDA facility registration under FEI 3015316073 in FDA's Cosmetics Direct portal, and audit our Alibaba.com storefront where trading history and buyer reviews are published. We also welcome third-party inspections — the BSCI audit and our cleanroom test reports were produced exactly that way.
What cleanroom class do you run, and who verified it?▾
Our sixth-floor workshop is classified Grade D under GB 50591-2010 and the cosmetics production licence rules. The measured suspended-particle count was 126,079 per m³ against a limit of 3,520,000, tested on 24 April 2022 by Waltek (report WTZ22F04064875M). Bacterial count and illuminance were tested in the same series.
How many people actually work on quality and development?▾
Production runs with 48 line operators; quality is handled by 5 QA/QC inspectors plus the microbiology laboratory shown above, and development by an in-house team of 12 formulation scientists. Are the photographs on this page recent?▾
They are site photographs, not stock images. The cleanroom line images were taken in February 2026 and the crystal mask filling images in December 2024. We update them as equipment changes rather than reusing older shots indefinitely.
