The link at the bottom of this page goes to the same public page, so nothing here depends on taking our word for it.

Because the ratings belong to the marketplace listing, not to our website. Google’s structured-data policy discourages self-serving review markup on a company’s own pages, and we would rather keep a clean, checkable source than earn a rich snippet that misrepresents where the reviews came from. The page links to the source instead.

We cannot share customer contacts without their consent. What we can point a buyer to instead: the public reviews and trading record on our storefront, the amfori BSCI social audit (Monitoring ID 25-0314051-1), the SGS-issued GMPC and ISO 22716 certificates, and a third-party inspection of your own choosing before shipment.

Goods are inspected against the approved sample before dispatch, batch records are retained at the factory, and stability and microbiological test reports travel with the order. If something does not match the approved specification, raise it with your project manager before the goods ship — the release step exists precisely so that conversation happens on our side of the water, not after arrival.
