Dr. Alisha had been recommending commercial medical-grade skincare to her patients for years but was frustrated by inconsistent quality and limited customization. She wanted her own clinical line — but most manufacturers lacked the GMP standards required for medical-grade production.

Skincraftlab's ISO 22716 GMP certification and cleanroom facilities met her requirements. Our R&D team worked directly with Dr. Alisha to translate her clinical protocols into scalable formulations — including a prescription-strength retinol serum, barrier repair cream, SPF 50 moisturizer, and post-procedure recovery balm.

The formulations went through 3 rounds of stability and efficacy testing, including preservative challenge tests, accelerated stability at 40°C, and UV stability for the SPF product. Each batch was documented with full COA and retained samples.

Health Canada Natural Product Number (NPN) applications were prepared for the products requiring regulatory clearance. All formulations met Health Canada's cosmetic and natural health product regulations.

DermaVisage Clinical launched across 4 dermatology clinics in Toronto and Vancouver. Within the first year, patient reorder rate exceeded 70%. Dr. Alisha is now expanding to aesthetic medicine clinics across Canada.
