A Cosmetic Product Safety Report must be signed by a qualified safety assessor. We provide the dossier the assessor works from — formula, INCI, stability, microbiological data and GMP certificate — and work to the timeline your responsible person sets.

We prepare the product information the notification is built from and coordinate with your responsible person for submission.

Transport classification reports
Sea-freight IMDG Code reports cover facial mask, eye mask, foot mask and anti-frizz stick specifications; air freight is covered by an IATA DGR report.

Who prepares the CPSR for an EU launch?▾
The CPSR is signed by a qualified safety assessor — a separate regulated role, not something a factory certificate covers. What we supply is the technical dossier behind it: formula, INCI list, stability and microbiological test reports, and the SGS-issued GMP certificate. We work to the timeline set by your responsible person or consultant.
Do you hold ISO 22716?▾
Yes — ISO 22716:2007 certified by SGS under certificate CN19/31476, first certified 4 September 2019, current Issue 3 valid to 3 September 2028. The certified scope covers facial, eye, lip, hand, foot, neck and hair masks plus facial essences and skin toners.
Do you handle CPNP notification?▾
We prepare the product information the notification is built from and coordinate with your responsible person, who submits it. The notification itself sits with the EU responsible person, as Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 requires.
What are the MOQs for a European launch?▾
The same as everywhere else: private label from 500 units per SKU on a proven formula, standard catalog production 1,000 units, and fully custom OEM from 3,000+ units. Plenty of EU launches start at the private label tier and scale once sell-through is proven.
