Hydrogel casting, liquid filling, sealing and patch assembly all run in the 3,886 m² GMPC cleanroom, alongside cream and lotion units and general liquid units.
Batch documentation each run
Stability and microbiological reports, COA and INCI list per SKU, with the factory certificates downloadable for your own compliance file.
Extend across the scope
The certified scope covers facial, eye, lip, hand, foot, neck and hair masks plus facial essences and skin toners — formats can be added from the same plant.

Can you repeat a previous order exactly?▾
Yes — re-orders repeat the approved formula and specification. If the packaging changes, the formula base does not have to be redeveloped, which keeps both the minimum and the timeline down.
What is the minimum for adding a SKU?▾
500 units per SKU for private label on an existing formula; 1,000 units for standard catalog runs; 3,000+ units per SKU where a custom formulation is developed.
How long does bulk production take?▾
approx. 20 days after confirmation on standard catalog specifications. Custom formulation adds sampling (3–7 days) and stability work, with 45–60 days from brief to shipment on typical projects.
Which certificates support our own compliance file?▾
SGS-issued ISO 22716:2007 (CN19/31476) and US FDA CFSAN Cosmetic GMP (CN19/31477), FDA facility registration FEI 3015316073 under MoCRA, the NMPA cosmetics production licence 粤妆20160335 and an amfori BSCI social audit. All numbers are published on our certifications page so they can be checked with the issuing bodies.
