The formulation direction is an anhydrous twist-up solid stick: zinc oxide as the UV filter, a light ester and squalane oil phase for glide, and a dispersant system aimed at the white-cast problem that dominates reviews of mineral sticks on the market. Zinc oxide may be used at up to 25 % under EU cosmetic rules (Annex VI entries 30 and 30a), which also exclude formats where the user could inhale the powder — a solid stick is not such a format. The final level is agreed with your brief and confirmed by testing. Iron oxide tinting is available for a less visible finish on deeper skin tones. Claims are set by testing, not by assumption: an SPF and broad-spectrum target is agreed with you and confirmed in a qualified laboratory before any number appears on the pack or on this page. No SPF figure is printed until testing supports it. The stick is supplied as a blank white tube ready for your decoration — silk screen printing, hot stamping, dual-injection colour or a printed label — in 15 g, 20 g or 30 g formats with matching outer cartons. Runs sit on our existing stick and anhydrous lines, and mixing and filling take place in a 3,886 m² GMPC cleanroom (SGS-issued ISO 22716 and US FDA CFSAN cosmetic GMP), the same site whose certificates carry the eye-area and baby/child skincare production conditions. We have manufactured since 2007 and currently supply brands in 30+ countries. Sample development takes 3–7 days; bulk production runs approximately 20 days after confirmation.
